Kinovo ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We currently do not require you to create an account to browse Kinovo. As a result, we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details directly, unless you voluntarily provide it to us (for example, by emailing us).

We do collect limited information automatically, including:

• Usage analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. pages viewed, which products are clicked). This is privacy-focused analytics that does not use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information.
• Wishlist data— if you save products to your wishlist, this is stored locally in your browser ("localStorage"), not on our servers. This data stays on your device and is not linked to your identity. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
• Standard server logs — like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) may log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.

Affiliate links

Kinovo contains affiliate links. When you click a "Buy" link and are taken to a brand's website, that brand (and their affiliate network) may use their own cookies or tracking technology to attribute the resulting sale to Kinovo, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Kinovo:

• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Supabase — database hosting for our product catalog
• Various affiliate networks and brand partners — for outbound purchase links

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing any data they process.

Your choices

Since we don't currently require an account, most of your control lives in your browser: you can clear your wishlist data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, and you can use browser settings or extensions to limit analytics tracking.

Children's privacy

Kinovo is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

Kinovo is accessible globally. If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA respectively.
